Menu ~ Italian for ‘Everything Goes
Va tutto aims to use the finest Australian sustainable produce. Seafood is delivered twice daily and diners here are fortunate enough to have an amazing selection ranging from fresh calamari, export grade King prawn, diver harvested scallops, Broom’s finest Paspaley pearl meat, live spanner crabs, freshly shucked oysters and extensive selection of line caught fish including King George whiting, John Dory, Rockling and wild barramundi from the Northern Territory. Apart from the extensive seafood selection menu includes steak, home made pasta, poultry, duck, lamb, risotto, veal, and juicy steaks. All the beef here is dry aged grass fed beef from Gippsland Victoria. In addition bread is baked twice a day, and all desserts, pastries, ice-creams are all made in house using the highest quality ingredients.
