Welcome to va tutto, a family-owned establishment crafted by Paul and Myrto Recinella. Drawing upon their culinary expertise from Zios East Melbourne, they have brought their artistry to our Ivanhoe location since 2005. Recently renovated, our ambiance exudes modernity and sophistication.
va tutto, meaning “Everything goes” in Italian, embraces its name by offering a diverse menu that showcases an array of flavours from around the world.
We take immense pride in our commitment to utilising premium ingredients sourced exclusively from trusted suppliers. Our seafood is sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of Australia and New Zealand, ensuring both freshness and environmental responsibility. Likewise, our Wagyu beef is sourced directly from Gippsland’s finest pastures, guaranteeing exceptional quality and taste.
