Kick off 2026 with a truly special evening: Lombardy on the Table, an intimate journey through the flavours of northern Italy — a region close to our hearts and one we’ve never spotlighted at Va Tutto until now.

This exclusive collaboration brings together Nino Negri, Valtellina’s premier Nebbiolo producer, and Floridia Cheese, Melbourne’s finest Italian cheesemakers. Guided by Nino Negri’s brand ambassador, Maurizio Bertacchini, the evening will feature five courses paired with exceptional wines. Mid-dinner, we’ll unveil a 2-year-aged Pecorino Romano, served tableside for a show-stopping formaggio course.

The menu celebrates Lombardy’s alpine ingredients and northern Italian soul, with highlights including ravioli, bresaola, cotoletta, and a selection of cheeses that perfectly complement every sip and bite.
