This winter, Va Tutto introduces Feed Me Chef – a unique five-course shared dining experience where Chef Paul creates the evening’s menu based on the finest seasonal produce available and whatever inspires the kitchen that day.
No two menus are ever the same. Every visit offers a different experience, celebrating fresh ingredients, handmade Italian cooking and the creativity of the kitchen.

Founded by Geoff Merrill, whose passion for traditional winemaking and exceptional fruit has helped shape the reputation of McLaren Vale, the winery is renowned for producing elegant, handcrafted wines with character, balance and remarkable ageing potential. Continuing that philosophy today, winemaker Scott Heidrich brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of the region, creating wines that showcase both the vineyard and the vintage.
