Memories of an Italian Vacation — Every Sunday in August at Va Tutto.

This August, we celebrate Italy by region — with a four-course menu inspired by the places closest to Paul’s heart. His late father was from Abruzzo, and his late mother from Veneto — and these dishes honour their stories, their traditions, and the flavours they loved.

From crumbed olives, pasta alla chitarra with lamb ragu to quail saltimbocca and Treviso tiramisu, each Sunday is a journey through Italy.

Zonzo Wine Dinner - September

Thursday 4th September from 6:30pm

Join us at Va Tutto for an exclusive evening of food, wine, and Italian spirit — in collaboration with Yarra Valley’s own Zonzo Estate and Zoncello.

The night begins with a refreshing Zoncello Limoncello Spritz and Paul’s signature seasonal canapés, setting the tone for an elegant five-course experience. Each course is carefully paired with Zonzo Estate’s current vintage wines — personally introduced by Assistant Winemaker Jeff Bashford, who will join us on the night to share stories, insights, and the craftsmanship behind each pour.

Whether you're a wine lover, a long-time friend of Va Tutto, or simply looking for a memorable night out, this dinner is not to be missed.

This Father’s Day, honour Dad with a refined dining experience at Va Tutto. Our much-loved Oaks Day lunch returns this November — a day of food, fashion, and celebration that’s become a highlight on the Va Tutto calendar.

Join us from 11:30am for an all-day experience filled with seasonal share plates, spring cocktails, and the energy of Melbourne’s racing season. Start with a complimentary Cipriani Bellini on arrival, followed by a multi-course shared menu featuring fresh seafood, house-made pasta, and indulgent desserts — all designed to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace among friends.
